Main tasks and responsibilities
- Translate technical, legal, and business documents accurately and efficiently from Chinese to English and vice versa.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the accuracy and consistency of translated materials.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the departments.
Profile recherché
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English is essential.
- Proven experience in translation, with a strong command of technical and business terminology.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas accurately and clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with a deep understanding of Chinese culture and customs.
- Proficiency in using translation software and other relevant tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Culture or Translation , linguistics, international relations, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in providing comprehensive support in a multicultural setting is advantageous.
