We looking for a Compliance Analyst in charge of:
•Conduct periodic Audits ( ensure that only the Authorized Associates are accessing Data.)
•Ensure that the system is installed and operating correctly.
•Ensure guards, if applicable, are trained quarterly on proper procedures.
•Regularly verify that shared PINs are reissued at the required cadence.
•Validate the alarm monitoring and response procedures to align with agreed SLAs.
•Ensure periodic reviews and audits of the CCTV system are completed according to policy
•Conduct annual policy review, with management, to highlight the importance of proper storage / disposal of confidential data.
•Conduct regular inspections of key areas to ensure compliance with the company's policy.
•Verify that the storage receptacles are locked and if applicable, confirm that the documents were disposed of properly by third party disposal company.
•Review the Site's confidential information and periodically validate that the new hires have received data handling training.
•Review weekly and monthly reports from the guard service provider to address any identified security issues.
•Ensure that only authorized IT have access to the MDF room.
•Ensure proper security measures for perimeter openings, and enforced that the Security badge is worn by tall the individuals inside controlled areas.
•Investigate any discrepancies relate to physical security and hardware.
•Establish and confirm training in Key control management and identify specific training needs.
•Perform monthly testing of all required controls for various departments, IT, OPS , Facilities, Security, Training and quality.
•Prepare and send monthly reports to relevant stakeholders and report any incident or non-compliance.
