WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Career Services Coordinator based in our Casablanca office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting BCG's Career Services initiatives.

You will act as a trusted partner in facilitating outplacement, career transitions, and placement support. This position will involve building and maintaining a robust network with headhunters, search firms, and other recruitment partners, as well as closely collaborating with internal BCG teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Career Services and Outplacement Support:

  • Engage proactively with headhunters, search firms, and internal leadership team to qualify job opportunities for BCG alumni and outgoing consultants in Morocco.
  • Provide career services, including job placement and advisory, to consultants seeking career transitions or new opportunities within Morocco.
  • Collaborate with BCG’s leadership team to maintain a comprehensive job board and entralize various opportunities across BCG Casablanca and beyond.

2. Global Career Network Collaboration:

  • Establish connections within BCG’s global Career Services network to support BCG Casablanca consultants looking to relocate abroad.
  • Act as a point of contact for BCG Casablanca consultants and alumni aiming to explore international career options, leveraging BCG's global connections to facilitate these transitions.

3. Client Career Services Support:

  • Deliver tailored career services and outplacement assistance to BCG clients, helping them staff their key positions with high-potential/rare profiles.
  • Maintain close communication with BCG clients, providing them with up-to-date job leads and networking opportunities within the BCG ecosystem.

4. Alumni Database Management:

  • Oversee the alumni database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for career services and placement purposes.

YOU'RE GOOD AT :

Relationship Management and Communication:

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and sustain relationships with headhunters, clients, alumni, and internal teams.
  • You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, which enable you to represent BCG with professionalism and discretion.

Data and Process Management:

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and maintain accurate data records, particularly in tracking job leads, placements, and alumni engagement metrics.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data management tools, allowing you to streamline operations and improve process efficiency.

Networking and Strategic Outreach:

  • You possess an established network within the Moroccan job market and an understanding of talent placement and career services best practices.
  • You are proactive in identifying career opportunities, continuously seeking to enhance BCG’s visibility within the career placement landscape.

Problem Solving and Adaptability:

  • You approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset and adapt readily to changing priorities.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and can manage competing deadlines effectively.

YOU BRING (Experience & Qualifications) :

  • A bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field; additional certifications in career coaching or HR management are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in headhunting or talent acquisition within the Moroccan market, with a proven network of industry contacts.
  • Strong familiarity with career services processes and experience with alumni engagement or similar initiatives.
  • Fluent in French and English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

YOU'LL WORK WITH :

  • You will work closely with the BCG Casablanca HR team and engage regularly with BCG leadership, consulting team members across BCG, BCG X, and Platinion. Additionally, you’ll liaise with BCG's global Career Services network to support the diverse career aspirations of our team and alumni.
