Main job responsibilities :

• Analyze solutions - Review identify gaps in solutions and impacts
• Help prioritize Portfolio epics
• Obtain timely updates in line with impacts and keep business primes apprised
• Solutioning and solution coordination for simple enhancements or limited scope straight forward items
• Partner with vendors/Business to prime and resolve issues
• Help track and identify impacts of portfolio epic cross valuestream dependanciess
• Assist delivery teams with solution gaps identified and bring teams together.

Required Skills :

• High aptitude for understanding information systems technology ( Understanding Legacy systems )
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills ( Stakeholder management and problem solving in finding solution gaps is key )
• Strong team player, ability to facilitate, negotiate and work within a multi-domain team environment
• Software development experience in any modern language (JAVA, C#, C++), ability to understand JSON/XML, APIs and experience debugging/triaging software defects and issues.

Other Skills:

• Knowledge of any of the following IT Systems will be an asset from Ordering or Customer Lifecycle Management, or Dispatch and Work Order
• Familiar with Confluence, JIRA a must have
• Familiar with hybrid software delivery.
