We are seeking bilingual customer service agents (with fixed salary, language bonus, and performance bonus included).
As a Customer Care Agent, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls and emails with the aim of delivering exceptional service in various scenarios, including addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, providing advice, and offering technical support at level 1.
Given that customer service is crucial to the company's success, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand's reputation and image by ensuring effective care and satisfaction for all customers.
Key attributes include:
• Managing a wide range of customer inquiries via phone and email
• Actively listening to customer needs and demonstrating empathy
• Selecting the most appropriate approach (escalation process) to address customer issues
• Maintaining professionalism and composure in all situations
• Documenting and recording customer interactions using the appropriate tools
• Exhibiting an attitude that reflects positively on the company's image
Profile recherché
Must have excellent availability to work 44 hours per week on a rotating schedule
• Minimum requirement of a high school diploma
• Proficient in both written and spoken business English at the C1 level, as well as in French
• Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within a call center setting, emphasizing customer satisfaction
• Appreciation for the principles and benefits of meditation
