External & Client Marketing
• Curate a marketing strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders and the Africa Director or Marcoms
• Develop an appropriate go to market strategy to bolster BCG & BCG X as market leaders
• Build a best-in-class suite of marketing & communication materials and outreach programmes for clients to strengthen client relations
• Curate exclusive and themed client events
• Conduct market Research & Analysis: staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics
• Conduct regular analysis of marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed
• Prioritize content topics, conceptual planning and press activities aligned with local market sentiment and interest
• Drive and manage social media channels as well as those of key leadership
• Ensure brand management with coherent content in adherence to brand guidelines
• Identify strategically aligned events for BCG and BCG X to attend / sponsor
• Manage supplier contracts and owning marketing related vendor relationships
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral assets, including photograph libraries, video content and branded merchandise
• Develop and maintain the Casablanca client contact database in CRM and improve usage by the leadership group and their executive assistants
• Work with the Alumni partner to develop and implement an integrated engagement programme for the local alumni network
• Support the Head of Africa for marketing and communications on Africa projects and operational structure builds and systems
Employer Branding
• Work with the recruiting team to drive and support the implementation of the local offices’ Employer Brand strategy including its social media initiatives and partnerships with select universities and schools
• Coordinate the local offices’ housing program for interns
Profile recherché
YOU WILL BRING (QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS)
• A marketing qualification / relevant undergraduate degree
• 3 to 4 years of marketing and communications experience – preferably in consulting firms or leading corporate
• A high level of proficiency in English – both written and oral. French and Arabic preferred
• Project management, complex problem structuring and solving experience
• Sharp analytical skills, leadership and complex program management skills
