Responsabilities, main tasks :
Institutional building :
- Formulate relevant systems and specifications for departmental equipment management, and guide, supervise and inspect the implementation
- Develop the work process of the department, and supervise, inspect and guide the implementation
- Organize the preparation, review, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the relevant operating procedures, maintenance procedures, and maintenance procedures of the department
Device management :
- Familiar with the relevant laws and regulations of Morocco, proficient in special equipment management and special operation safety management
- Proficient in project management, participate in the project management of the owner of the new plant, and control the acceptance of equipment arrival, installation quality, stand-alone test operation, and intermodal test run
- Responsible for formulating the department's monthly and annual equipment maintenance plan, and organizing, implementing and implementing the plan, and checking the implementation effect
- Responsible for the control of equipment maintenance costs and monthly maintenance cost analysis
- Responsible for organizing and dealing with major equipment accidents and assisting in organizing and dealing with sudden production accidents
- Organize equipment improvement, improvement work, technical transformation plan review and process control, effect analysis and summary
- Organize equipment operation status and safety inspections, integrity inspections, LPA inspections, grasp the operation dynamics of equipment, and record, evaluate and process the inspection results
Personnel management :
- Assist the equipment director to complete the recruitment of equipment management personnel
- Hold a morning meeting of the team, make attendance records, arrange shift handover matters and assign tasks on duty, and convey instructions and requirements from superiors
- Responsible for supervising, implementing and handling equipment failure repair applications on duty
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of electrical equipment in production positions
- Responsible for the evaluation and scoring of the work of subordinate employees on the day, and record rewards and punishments
- Responsible for the daily management of maintenance personnel, monthly performance appraisal and annual performance appraisal for maintenance squad leaders and engineers
- Cooperate with departments at all levels to implement the company's rules and regulations
- Organize the formulation and implementation of departmental staff training plans
- Responsible for the safety education and inspection of the personnel of the department; Organize personnel to conduct safety drills; Eliminate potential safety hazards on site
Coordination matters :
- Responsible for putting forward the purchase application and technical requirements of production transformation equipment; Responsible for the monthly requisition plan and approval of regional spare parts, and revise the rationality of safety stock
- Responsible for the follow-up of the arrival of materials and the feedback and tracking of quality problems
Other:
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Profile recherché
Profile :
- Holding a degree of Engineer of state or Master degree at maintenance, electro-mechanic or similar
- Holding more than 5 years of work experience in the same position in manufacturing enterprises
- Proficient in equipment technology, inspection and maintenance safety operation management related knowledge
- Proficient in equipment management, equipment inspection and maintenance, safety management related professional knowledge, familiar with process operation
- Have firm beliefs, healthy physique, abundant energy, strong sense of responsibility, and dedication to duty; Have good communication and coordination skills, planning and organization skills, and overall planning skills
